There is a painting in the elevator hallway partially hidden by the ficus plant. Does anyone have any idea who the artist is, the name of the painting, and how one could get a print? I really like it.

Niles was on Frasier’s balcony on the 19th floor. The building is only 20 floors (The penhouse is above Frasier’s apartment).

Awesome floorplan. I have stumbled across the blueprints to this floorplan many years ago. It has great detail down to the ficus plant in the hallway by the elevator. Thanks for the posting but the drawing is filled with many inaccuracies. I will not get into the details however keep this in mind for anyone considering a copycat floor plan.

Yes, some episodes seem to contradict others. I don’t think any floor plan will work for all episodes. This one seem to cover the majority.

Maybe Frasier had his condo remodeled several times during the series run.

Hi.
Now the problem that I have with the floorplan is that when Niles takes the kite onto the balcony it bans against Martin’s window which would place Martin’s room where Frasier’s room is, no?! Also (jeez, I should get out more) when Clive, Daphne’s ex finance is there Niles wants to show him the ‘main bathroom’. Now that doesn’t suggest an ensuite to me.
I should take up a hobby huh?!!?

Hi.
Just come across this – very impressive! Lovely to see an actual plan. Though, of course, I’ve just seen Daphne turn *right* into the corridor to her room (which would walk her into a wall!)
Not the fault of your plan, though, just the whim of the director… Still watching the show in reruns, love it just as much as ever.

Hi there: I just happen to come across this drawing. To me it looks pretty accurate. Obviously it is a set, however, when you have a long running show as Frasier’s was; they tend not to move things around. Why? Because of the camera angles and also the fans. There are diehard fans out there who notice when a vase is out of place and the show hears about it..big time! I have worked in the industry and could add a lot more but that’s my two bits. Cheers. PS: I loved the show and still watch repeat episodes.
