The forum at frasieronline.co.uk is still quite active with fans.

Today’s Thread of the Day hasn’t had any replies in over a year, but I am fascinated by it.

Based on visual and verbal clues witnessed on the show, the members are trying to agree on the floor plan of Frasier Crane’s Seattle condo.

This is the third and last version the floor plan maker made based on input from others:

Unfortunately, there are scenes from some episodes that still seem to contradict this drawing. Unless it is a shape shifting building, an apartment that fits the flow of every scene, from every episode, probably couldn’t exist in real life.
